We ship worldwide with Fedex . Estimated international express shipping time is between 3-5 working days.
Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days from the date of purchase.
When purchasing please add a contact phone number for shipping purposes (this is essential for our carrier to deliver the parcel)!

Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information email with tracking number for your package.
If an authorized recipient is not available on delivery time, Fedex will leave a notice to pick up the package at the Fedex Office or request to reschedule delivery direct from Fedex.
If you are not pleased with your order please contact us with your problem. We believe in providing the highest quality materials and a great customer service.
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 7 days of your package delivery and we will review your request. This rule does not apply to custom-made products and items that can’t be reused for health or hygiene reasons.
For returns, we issue a total item refund. We do not refund shipping cost. Refund will process 3 to 5 days after receiving your packages.
Our products have been crafted by hand by our local artisans in house in Marrakech, Morocco using sustainable and natural materials.
